Furnace is used for high temperature graphitization treatment of composite material. It has both horizontal and vertical structures.

Application: C/C composite material, carbon fiber insulation material, graphite part, C/C part.

Technical Features

1. Using unique ACME super high temperature and high current power supply technology, it can long term stable use at 2600ºC;

2. Using induction heating, the max temperature can reach 3000ºC;

3. Using multiple temperature control zones, great temperature uniformity;

4. Using special designed high temperature pyro-meter measuring technology with precision temperature control and small deviation;

5. External circulation forced cooling system as an option, short batch cycle time and high efficiency.
